Polyester Staple Fiber is one of the fastest emerging fibers amongst all other manmade fibers. Alok Industries daily production capacity is 210 MT of polyester staple fiber.
Apart from the varied products mentioned above, we also offer Polyester Textured Yarn, Dope Dyed Yarns, Masterbatch, and Polyester Recycled Fiber.
Our range of yarns is being used in the apparel segment such as knitted fabric, woven fabric, dress material, saree, shirting, suiting, etc., as well as in non-apparel segments including:
Automotive (seat cover fabric, linings), sports shoes, industrial ropes and home furnishing (bath mats, blankets, carpets)
Polyester chips or PET (polyethylene terephthalate) chips are used to manufacture a number of polyester fibers including short fiber, long fiber, etc.
POY or Partially Oriented Yarn is produced from polyester fibers produced through molten spinning. Alok Industries has an 850 MT/ Day daily production capacity of Partially Oriented Yarn.
At Alok Industries, we believe sustainable textile materials are the future of the textile industry. Recycled DTY is made from 100% recycled polyester sources and produced at 650 MT/Day.
Since these yarns contain no synthetic elements or materials, manufacturing has no negative side effects on the environment.
Fully drawn, fully oriented polyester multifilament yarn with very high durability and retention properties.
Fully dyed yarn is produced at 160 MT/ Day at Alok Industries by using a special chemical at the exact right temperature.
