Alok Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. and its joint venture partner, Ashford Infotech Pvt. Ltd., are in the process of setting up a premium residential complex in the Mumbai suburb of Nahur. The project would be over a seven-acre plot and proposes to have an area of about 1 million square feet, with two  42 -storey and two 37-storey residential towers offering two-and-three bedroom apartments. The project is expected to be completed by December 2012.
