Grabal Alok (UK) Ltd.
In 2007, Alok acquired a controlling stake of British retailer, Hamsard 2353 Ltd. Grabal Alok (UK) Ltd. (previously known as Hamsard 2353 Ltd.) is a UK based retailing company having 216 stores across England, Scotland and Wales. The Alok Group holds about 88% stake in Grabal Alok (UK) Limited.

The stores offer value for money and quality fashion for women, men, girls, boys and babies. They also sell accessories like artificial jewellery, shoes and leather bags.

After acquiring the company, a re-branding exercise has also been rolled out, re-naming the outlets from ‘qs’ to ‘Store Twenty One’. The stores are now being re-positioned to move from being a discount retailer (which it was earlier) to a value retailer and opportunities for setting up ‘shop-in-shop’ in large format stores are also being tied up.
